My name is Grant StClair-Armstrong and I have been living in Side, Turkey since October 2005 with my wife Lynda.

I purchased an apartment in March/April 2006 with a view to renting it out in the holiday season and using it ourselves occasionally when we couldn’t be bothered to drive home after a heavy night out in Side.

This website will expose the dangers of renting out your property to Turks and also expose the pathetic inadequacies of the Turkish legal system, particularly when it comes to helping foreigners.  Hopefully, it will also make people in the Side area aware of this vile woman who makes a career out of conning her way into a property and not paying a penny for it.  If you are having any sort of problem with one of the minority of Turkeys scum class, my advice is 'Don't get mad, get even.'  It will cost you £15 to set up a website and cause them maximum embarrassment by linking it to a number of other websites.  This is a one-off charge for one years hosting, including the building of the site.  Email me if you want details.  If the Turkish legal system isn't effectively bringing these people to book, then you should explore other avenues to shame them into paying you, or at least warn other people to avoid them like the plague.  The skinny runt pictured here is the lazy little twat that is learning how to freeload from his waste of space of a mother and who is also apparently going to kill me.  Haven't quite figured out how he is going to do it, since I have seen more fat on a greasy chip.  My other sites are:
