My apartment is on a very small complex of around 36 apartments, split into 3 blocks of 12.  It is situated on the main Side/Kumkoy Road, 100 metres from the big Jandarma station on Attaturk Caddesi.  It is built in the traditional Turkish style, ie, it is subject to damp problems in the winter but it is cosy and convenient to Side and the beach.  My apartment is on the ground floor but it reasonably secure from the prolific burglaries that occur in the Antalya region.

The apartment is available to rent in the summer from April to September (but not to Turks!) and is also for sale for £33K or 75K Turkish Lira, complete with furniture.  Any referral that results in a successful sale will earn you £500 cash, so please spread the word.
